State Nominations allocations as per normal and Subclass 408 -AGEE

The Department of Home Affairs have announced that offshore visa grants are currently on hold till further notice. However, State nominations are still being processed accordingly and Visa applications are still being processed as per normal.

State Governments and their relevant departments are still processing nominations for the following sub-classes: 132,188,191,494.

In addition to this, the Government has announced a new visa, the 408 - (Australian Government Endorsed Event). This visa allows onshore applicants to apply for a visa if they are working in a critical sector.Please note that it this visa, is not intended for individuals who merely want to extend their stay in Australia as a visa refusal can have severe implications in the future.
